HAM - POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. cream sauce
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese

CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Place potatoes, ham and peas in layers in a buttered casserole (I spray it with Pam). Cover with cream sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Toss bread crumbs and cheese together; sprinkle over top of casserole. Continue to bake until topping is golden brown.

Cream Sauce: Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and stir until thick.
