PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 c. club soda 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding, 3 oz. size Beat the above ingredients well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. ICING: 1/2 pt. heavy cream 1 c. milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding 2 tsp. confectioners' sugar Beat well and ice cooled cake. |
