WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Then fold in nuts and coconut. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan or two 9 inch cake pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake approximately 45 minutes.

COVER-UP ICING:

1 1/2 c. cold milk
2 env. Dream Whip
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Beat milk and Dream Whip together until very stiff. Add pudding. spread on cooled cake and sprinkle a few nuts and a little coconut on top. Store in refrigerator.
