WATERGATE CAKE WITH COVER UP
ICING
 
1 white cake mix
1 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. 7-Up or club soda
1 c. chopped nuts

2 env. Dream Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 c. milk

Mix together cake mix and pudding, then beat all remaining ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Icing: Beat all ingredients, spread over cooled cake and sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut and 3/4 cup walnuts over top. Keep covered in refrigerator.
