WATERGATE CAKE (SEE COVER UP
ICING)
 
1 lg. white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio nut pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. 7 Up or gingerale
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and 7 Up. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Add coconuts. Pour into well greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

COVER UP ICING:

2 pkgs. of Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. pistachio nut pudding mix

Beat Dream Whip and milk until it starts to thicken, add pudding mix. Beat until thick enough to spread. Cover up the cake with icing and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Keep refrigerated.
