MEXICAN MACARONI 
3 c. uncooked macaroni
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained (hot or mild)
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 c. half and half
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 tsp. salt, optional

Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
