MEXICAN MACARONI 
Any sm. macaroni
1 chopped onion
1 med. can whole tomatoes, cut up
Salt, pepper
Garlic salt
Ground cumin powder
1 cube each chicken and beef bouillon
Grated cheddar cheese

Brown macaroni in a little oil. Stir in chopped onion and tomatoes. Cover with water. Add salt and pepper, garlic salt, ground cumin, and bouillon cubes. Cook until macaroni is done. (Add more water if needed to cook.) When done, sprinkle with grated cheese. Great side dish!
