MEXICAN SAUSAGE & MACARONI 
2/3 c. onion
2/3 c. sweet pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper
Worcestershire to taste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 can tomatoes
1 c. macaroni, uncooked

Fry sausage; add onion and sweet pepper. Cook a few minutes. Drain off fat; add tomatoes, sugar, sour cream and macaroni. Cook until macaroni is done. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
