APPLESAUCE - RASPBERRY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, do not thaw 1 c. applesauce 1 c. sour cream 1 c. sm. marshmallows In large mixing bowl dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and add frozen raspberries. Stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch casserole dish. Chill until set. Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread on top of gelatin. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares to serve. |
