APPLESAUCE - RASPBERRY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries 1 c. applesauce 1 c. sour cream 1 c. miniature marshmallows Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Chill until set. Combine sour cream and marshmallows. Spread on top Jello. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours more. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaves. 9 servings. |
