1 tbsp. red cinnamon candy
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
2 c. sweetened applesauce
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Melt candies in heated water until dissolved. Pour over Jello until dissolved. Add applesauce; chill until partly set. Fold in celery and nuts. Chill until set.
