I 10 Diner Sonora Casserole

 Diane (Texas) says:
The Sonora casserole originated in the 419 Diner on Broadway in San Antonio, not the I-10 Diner. In fact, there is no restaurant by that name.

The 410 (not 419) Diner was first and still is in business. But there was a second location for several years in the '80s and '90s called the I-10 Diner in the Collonade at I-10 and Wurzbach. Ate there many, many times when I lived in that area. Got the recipe from the I-10 Diner first for this casserole on a printed recipe card they handed out if you asked.
