WILD RICE SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
Rice-A-Roni wild rice, cooked 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced 2-3 tbsp. butter Combine spinach and cream cheese. Mix until cream cheese is melted. Saute mushrooms in butter. In a 2 quart buttered casserole, layer 1/2 of rice, 1/2 mushrooms, 1/2 spinach mixture. Repeat. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
