AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments (or 1 fresh orange)
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. walnuts
3/4 c. dairy sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar

Drain pineapple and orange segments. Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut, and nut meats.

Mix sour cream with the sugar. Stir into fruit mixture. Chill.
