BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP | |
3/4 c. chopped onion 4 c. boiling water 4 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolve in water above) 1 tsp. salt 1 lg. head broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen (cooked) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 4 c. skim milk 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 4 tsp. cornstarch or flour (plus water for thickening) Boil water and bouillon cubes. Add thickening. Add other ingredients. You can double cheese if desired. |
