CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 pkgs. of 10 oz. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped green or yellow onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. of mace (if desired)
2 c. chicken broth, canned
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
3-5 tbsp. flour for thickening

Cook vegetables and seasoning in broth until vegetables are done. In saucepan melt butter, stir in half of flour until smooth. Add rest of flour to milk and dissolve. Slowly blend in milk to mixture in saucepan. Bring just to boil stirring constantly. Stir in broccoli, heat through.
