CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa

Beat egg yolks with butter and sugar, salt and milk. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add cocoa. Beat almost 1 minute. Fold in vanilla and egg whites, beaten stiff. Bake until firm.
