CABBAGE-RAISIN SALAD 
1 sm. head of cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 c. seedless raisins
2 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Combine cabbage, raisins, honey and sea salt in large covered bowl; let stand one hour to blend flavors. Drain off any liquid. Mix mayonnaise and vinegar in a cup; spoon into cabbage mixture; toss to mix well. Serves 4.
