GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans French style green beans 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. grated onion 1 c. grated Swiss cheese 1 c. crushed corn flakes 2 tbsp. melted butter Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Add sour cream, gradually. Drain cans of green beans and fold into sour cream mixture. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese then crushed corn flakes. Dribble 2 tablespoons melted butter over corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
