SWISS BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
4 c. drained, cooked green beans
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onions. Add sour cream and cook for several minutes until thick. Fold in green beans. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer the beans and Swiss cheese, ending with cheese on top. Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with corn flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
