2 cans French or cut green beans 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 8 oz. sour cream 1 tsp. grated onion 8 oz. grated Swiss cheese Combine flour, salt, pepper, sugar, butter and onion in sauce pan. Heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add sour cream, stir in green beans. Pour into greased baking dish, spread grated Swiss cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese melts. |
