BAKED SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Add onion, sugar, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Cook until smooth and well blended. Stir in 1 cup cheese until melted.

Place beans in 1 quart baking dish. Pour sauce over beans. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 5 servings.
