SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, cooked and well drained
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place beans in greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese on top. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Add onion, salt, pepper, sugar and sour cream. Cook over low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly. (If mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water.) Pour over the beans and cheese. Sprinkle corn flakes over top and drizzle with the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
