CHOCOLATE CHEESE CUPCAKES 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. black coffee, cooled

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips

Mix all together and fill cupcake cups half full. Drop 2 teaspoons filling in each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg by hand until smooth. Add chocolate chips and fill.
