Prepare cake mix and bake in 2 layers. Split baked and cooled layers. Makes 4 layers.

1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

NO COOK ICING:

1 lg. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. flavoring
