CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
8 oz. cream of coconut
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 325 degrees until done.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) carton cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over cake.
