FRESH COCONUT LAYER CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time. Beat after each addition. Sift salt, flour, baking powder, and add alternately with milk. Add flavoring and beat until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees with 3 layers in 1 inch pans.

ICING:

3 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar

Beat all until smooth and put between layers.
