1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c. sugar stirred into mix
1 tsp. vanilla, add water to make 1 c.
1/2 c. cooking oil (Crisco)
4 eggs

Mix well. Grease and flour a 13 to 15" pan. Bake in one sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Can bake in layers too, or use your favorite layers.

ICING:

2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut
2 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream

Mix and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
