MOUNTAIN PUDDING 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 can fruit in syrup (peaches, pears, etc.) - 2 c.

Mix flour and sugar. Add milk and mix, then add butter. Pour mixture in 13x9 baking dish. Pour fruit with syrup over top of the batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes until brown.
