MOUNTAIN CORN PUDDING | |
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 (16 oz.) can whole grain corn with juice 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn with juice 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.) 1 stick butter, melted Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until well blended. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
