PEACHY PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
Canned peach slices
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Brown the pork chops. Drain peaches; reserve syrup. Add syrup to remainder of ingredients. Pour over the browned chops and simmer 30 minutes. Add the peaches during the last 5 minutes. Serve chops with peaches; serve remaining syrup mixture over rice, if desired.
