MOUNTAIN DEW CAKE 
1 box lemon Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
10 oz. Mountain Dew
1 box instant pineapple pudding mix
4 eggs

FROSTING:

2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple

Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs. Then add 10 ounce Mountain Dew. Bake in 2 (9 inch) layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until one, about 25-30 minutes. Cook together over low heat all frosting ingredients until thickened. Add coconut and spread on cake.
