1 c. cream style cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. flour
Salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in blender, cover and blend at high speed 1 minute, stopping to stir down once. This recipe makes good waffles too. Waffles can be frozen and reheated in toaster.
