CHOP SUEY | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. flour 1 med. onion 2 tbsp. oil 1-2 cans chop suey vegetables 1/2 c. water 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce Brown ground beef with 2 tablespoons flour and onion in the oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chop suey vegetables and water. Add soy sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
