BEER PANCAKES 
The evening prior to pancake breakfast, open 1 or 2 beers (depending on amount required). Let them "go flat" overnight. Using any pancake mix add 2 eggs to mix and use beer in place of water or milk required by cooking guide.

Blend together in bowl and cook per guide (normally medium-high heat) in lightly greased skillet or griddle. Pancakes will rise extremely well and there will be little or no beer taste.

May be used the same with waffles. In making waffles, I suggest pre- frying strips of bacon until just done (not crisp) and lay into waffle after batter is poured into waffle maker.
