PAT'S PANCAKES 
1 c. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour

Blend mixture at high speed 1 minute; stopping to stir down once. Cook on greased griddle using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. (This is also good for waffles.) Make extra waffles and freeze. Reheat in toaster.
