SOUR CREAM COCONUT 
1 butter flavored cake mix

2 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. frozen coconut
Cool Whip

Slice layers of cake. Mix sour cream, sugar and 1 package of coconut. (Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.) Spread remaining mixture between layers of cake.

ICING:

The 1 c. of mixture
1/2 carton of Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Sprinkle other package of coconut over icing. Place in refrigerator overnight. Can be kept in refrigerator several days.
