CHESS PIE 
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
2 tbsp. meal
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 spoon vanilla

Mix the meal and flour. Put this in sugar and stir up. Add the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie crusts and bake 1 hour at 325°F.
