PARTY TURKEY 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 c. leftover turkey pieces

Place cooked broccoli in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Add a layer of turkey. In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and almonds. Spread on top of turkey.

Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over cheese layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (may add can of French fried onions rings during last five minutes of baking.
