ZESTY-MUSTARD PORK ROAST 
1 pork loin roast
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 cup zesty Italian dressing (Kraft)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix yellow mustard, and Italian dressing in bowl with Worcestershire sauce (if using) and garlic powder. Place roast in a roasting pan. Coat pork loin roast with mixture (there should be enough left for basting).

Place roast in oven near the top element uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, baste and cover.

Reduce temperature to 350°F then cook for 30 minutes per pound. Roast is done when internal temperature reads 170°F on meat thermometer.

Remove from oven and enjoy a succulent and inexpensive meal!
