GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 94 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream

Heat oil in skillet; add onion. Saute 4 minutes until onions are soft. Drain. Add garlic powder and ground beef. Stir and cook 10 minutes. Add flour, salt, and paprika; mix well. Add soup; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in yogurt or sour cream and heat until very hot. Pour over cooked rice. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
