HAMBURGER STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 sm. onion 1 clove garlic 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or plain yogurt 10-12 oz. wide noodles Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in butter. Stir in flour and cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more. Add sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles cooked according to package directions. Salt and pepper to taste. |
