BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground lean hamburger or turkey
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion
1 pt. low-cal yogurt, plain
1 can beef consomme soup
Flour

Saute chopped onion and mushrooms in butter. In separate pan brown hamburger with a little garlic powder. Add all the above ingredients. Flour absorbs fat. Add beef consomme plus a little water. Cook at simmer for 10 minute, stirring occasionally. Take off heat, fork in yogurt. Serve over noodles or rice. (Great daily bread entree!)
