GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. (4 oz. can) drained mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/4 c. water or red wine or beef broth
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt

In fry pan, brown beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in mushrooms, soup and water. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through, do not boil. Serve over rice, pasta or chow mein noodles. 4-5 servings.
