MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 slice whole-wheat bread, coarsely crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 c. lowfat milk
3 c. cooked noodles or 4 servings rice

Mix ground meat, onion, egg, bread and salt and pepper; make 16 small meatballs. Brown in skillet using Pam or other vegetable cooking spray. Blend in soup, yogurt, and milk. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 3 or 4.
