MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 slice bread, coarsely crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked noodles

Mix beef, onion, bread, egg, salt and pepper, shape into 16 meatballs. Brown add soup and water. Cover and let simmer approximately 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream, heat. Serve over buttered noodles.
