HAMBURGER STEAK AND GRAVY
1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup Place meat in either patties or one big hamburger steak. Sprinkle top with onion soup mix. Pour cream of mushroom soup over top and cook either in oven or on top of stove over low heat.

Can also - brown patties first... then place in crock pot with rest - low for 6-8 hours.
