MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 tbsp. Wyler's beef flavor instant bouillon
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil (optional)
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)

Dissolve bouillon in water; set aside. In bowl mix meat, 1/4 cup onion, crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup bouillon liquid; shape into meatballs. Brown meatballs and remove from pan. Add remaining onion; cook until tender. Stir in flour, remaining bouillon liquid, Worcestershire sauce and meatballs until smooth. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve with noodles. 4 servings.
