MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
10.75 oz. can beef gravy
6 oz. can mushrooms, sliced & drained
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
6 c. hot cooked rice

Combine meat, ketchup, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 meatballs about 1 inch round. Cook in skillet over medium heat until browned. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove meatballs and drain off any excess fat. Add onion and then saute until limp. Add meatballs, onions, mushrooms, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add sour cream. Heat to serve. Pour over rice and serve.
