MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Season and mix.

Brown chopped onions, remove from pan.

Brown mushrooms, remove from pan.

Brown meatballs, remove from pan.

Brown flour. Add:

1 can consomme or bouillon soup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Stir. Add all browned ingredients into soup. Cover, simmer 1/2 hour. Make small meatballs for better taste.
